KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for organization and execution of Customer Training. 
  • Responsible for Commissioning of Onboard projects.
  • Responsible for Warranty of Onboard projects. 
  • After Sales Business.
  • Fleet exchange actions.
  • Support the Field Test activities.

 

 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE: 

  • Degreed Electrical Engineer or with minimum 1-year experience in railway signal.
  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of BT products and the railway signaling market.
  • Good understanding and awareness of service processes.
  • Implementation of customer contracts.
  • Solves the most complex problems by proactive identification.
  • Implement or process the technical strategy and direction of the Product Family Onboard on site.
  • Train, Communicate, Explain and Present on a comparable level difficult concepts.
  • Good experience in the English language.
