As Sales Manager for Traction Components, you will work for the sales region of Germany in the growth market of overhaul and repair of components as well as additive manufacturing. They are in continuous exchange and dialogue with customers in the sales region and decision-makers. They see themselves as an interface and link between the needs and requirements of customers and the company's resources. 
 
Your tasks :
•    Support and expansion of offer and acquisition activities
•    Support of existing key accounts
•    Creation of individual offers taking into account customer requirements
•    Setting up the winning strategy in the acquisition, offer and negotiation phase
•    Independent conduct of negotiations with customers and their documentation
•    Interface between customer and internal departments
•    Implementation of strategic goals in sales
•    Intensive development of the market and observation of competitive activities
 
Your profile :
•    Successfully completed studies (business administration, industrial engineering, engineering, etc.)
•    Many years of professional experience in a technical-commercial interface function
•    Demonstrable success in the distribution of products requiring explanation in the industrial environment, ideally background from the rail transport industry
•    Commercial / commercial knowledge as well as in the drafting of contracts for capital goods
•    High customer and service orientation combined with a clearly structured entrepreneurial approach
•    Negotiation skills and assertiveness
•    Confident appearance in an international environment
•    Strong ability to communicate and work in a team
•    Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe
•    Fluent in German and English
•    Safe handling of MS Office
