Project Manager in Mannheim or Kassel, Germany

As a Project Manager, your mission is to develop and maintain overall project platforms from start to execution, manage efficiently the time commitments and budget of the project, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations. You will also make sure that all legal and contractual rights are protected. 


Key accountabilities:
•    Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives (planning, cost, quality, performance) 
•    Drive the execution of project with medium criticality, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations to maximize the results with respect to cash and margin whilst delivering on time, in conformity with Alstom project management and execution processes
•    Contribute with the development schedule to ensure compliance of the project strategy 
•    Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments and manage the schedule interfaces
•    Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule
•    Be accountable for project QCDP and project EHS,
•    Ensure Alstom legal and contractual rights are protected,
•    Seek and propose to the Customer Director / Platform additional opportunities.


Key Requirements:
•    You hold a Master Degree in Engineering and/or technical background is desirable
•    You have 2 years relevant project experience
•    You are a hands on organising person
•    You are an excellent communicator
•    You represent excellent customer focus
•    You are proactive and can respond to pressing issues and challenges with agility
•    Strong knowledge and use of Primavera
•    Proficient in English and German languages
