- Independent and responsible management of Transformation Tool (ranking D,E) in the sense of entrepreneurial, effective and qualitative execution responsibility;

- Competent handling of the internal customer and or Stakeholder

- Technical and scheduling coordination of all project-relevant data, including with the respective interface

management as well as with internal and external partners;

- Project planning and constant updating, project documentation;

- Responsible for project outcome and risk management

- Monitoring of schedule and budget planning;

- Ensuring quality in the area of ​​responsibility;

- Leading the Project Core Team

- reporting to senior management;

- Complete management and leading of the communication to the internal customer

- Management of multisite Teams

- Initiation of cost improvement measures;

- Cooperation and coordination with all required AlSTOM functions (Group, partner divisions);

-Responsible in combination  with the Transformation plan to Monitore the Action and to improve the Scheingefechte month by month.




- University degree, preferably in business administration, industrial engineering or in a technical field or equivalent professional experience;

- Many years of specialist professional experience in the field of project management, IT engineering or project engineering;

- Very good communication skills and strong analytical skills;

- Experience and a confident demeanor, also in an international environment

- Ability to work in cross-site, international teams;

- Result- and customer-oriented way of working, commitment, strategic thinking, initiative;

- Willingness to travel is mandatory;

- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
