Interne Beschreibung Erforderlich. <p><br /> We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious, driven and team-spirited&nbsp;<b>Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Onboard Projects</b>, at&nbsp;<b>Mannheim&nbsp;</b>site.</p> <p>As the Project Manager (m/f/d) you will lead the project and cope with the unique challenge of continually focusing on a pro-active management that the functions keep their delegated budgets, meet their schedules and deliver on their obligation. The Project Manager shall lead the team with the view of the full project including areas outside own Value Chain Entity and the overall impact on company performance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Your tasks</b></p> <ul> <li>Provide Leadership for local projects developing our product portfolio &nbsp;</li> <li>Manage project budget and value adding governance. Identify appropriate mitigation of all risks and capture opportunities</li> <li>Maintain project schedule internally with both status and financial performance</li> <li>Lead the Project Team members to successful completion of assigned tasks with the required quality within schedule and allocated budget</li> <li>Interface to internal and external customers</li> <li>Manage scope of the project and track changes. Keep in target the customer&rsquo;s acceptance criteria.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b><label data-oj-internal="" for="qualificationInt-value" id="ui-id-1577|label">Qualifications&nbsp;</label></b></p> <ul> <li>Technical or business university degree in relevant field</li> <li>Typically 4 years of Project Management experience of software projects engineering &nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrates a strong communication and leadership skills to influence others with professionalism</li> <li>A high degree of commercial acumen, couple with strong man-management skills at all levels</li> <li>Customer orientation and take all necessary actions to ensure committed&nbsp;delivery</li> <li>Knowledge of Alstom&rsquo;s signalling products and systems will be considered&nbsp;an asset&nbsp;</li> <li>Organized and result minded with problem solving skills</li> <li>As a person you are self-driven, flexible with excellent time management skills</li> <li>Willing to travel internationally for short periods</li> <li>Fluent English &ndash; both spoken and written. German is a plus</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Would be an asset:</b></p> <ul> <li>Technical knowledge and hand-on experience with Project Management tools and methodologies (a PMP / PMI / Prince 2 certification);</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Qualifications
