Procurement Tender Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently looking to recruit a Procurement Tender Manager (m/f/d) Signalling wayside for our team located in Mannheim, Germany.

 
Your mission:
As Procurement Tender Manager, you are going to build robust and competitive tender Procurement cost, scope & schedule commitment. In this role you will coordinate, consolidate, and secure Sourcing activities, performance & efficiency on whole Tender. You are going to manage Product Procurement reference that will fit Region market prices and Customer needs, in coordination with Procurement Platform, Product and Solution. You will ensure that the Tender contributes to the Platform procurement objectives

Your responsibilities will include: 
•Ensure clear inputs on contract conditions, economic baseline.
•Define Tender Procurement strategy, ensuring Procurement Tender governance is robust on preparation & validation.
•Ensure all elements of the Product line costs are consolidated at each level.
•Define the Procurement Cost Reference to take as reference of the Procurement Tender in the portfolio of Product Cost reference.
•Lead commitment reviews with commodities based on the Sourcing commitment sheet, considering Commodity Sourcing strategies.
•Consolidate the sourcing commitment in tender phase and the preliminary supplier list.
•Propose committed savings and risk register.
•Build the costing based on the formal TPP and the macro planning feasibility.

Your experience and qualifications : 
• University degree (Purchasing/Engineering/Project management) or proofed working experience in Procurement & tender activities.
•Typically, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
•Relevant experience in technical field and in a project structure.
•Result oriented, well-organized, rigours and structured.
•Fluent in English and German
