Could you be the full-time Signaling T&C Engineer in Ortigas/Site Locations, Philippines we’re looking for?

Purpose of the Job:
1. Lead/supervise Test & Commission of Signalling system and its integration with other systems.
2. Perform the commissioning of Backbone Network, Interlocking, ATS, Radio Block Centres, SMOC and Wayside Equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the Test and Commissioning of Signalling system and its integration with other systems for NSCR-EX Project.
• Lead and manage the internal base line T&C delivery from Design.
• Lead the baseline upgrade at site.
• Update / prepare the T&C Procedures as and when required.
• Customer Management Onsite for T&C Activity.
• Preparation of T&C reports.
• Uploading the test reports in AEC with due time.
• Prepare and send daily T&C report for all the T&C related activities via email.
• Lead for as-built of project.
• Input and reviews in order to maintain high quality of application design team from engineering.
• Lead the calibration process and T&C tools and material requirements.
• Lead 4Ms for T&C and Installation Handovers.
• Send Bi-Monthly T&C Synopsis to other stake holders of the project.
• Renewing T&C Application for Work Clearance (AFWC) every month within due time.
• Replying on GCR comments on test report in due time.
