Could you be the full-time Project Quality Engineer in Maneja we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and control expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that our project quality assurance and control plans are effectively implemented on installation sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, EHS Managers, Procurement Project teams, and System Integration Managers), supervise subsystem quality inspectors, and manage interfaces with customer representatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing and validating Quality Installation Control Plans, as well as performing site quality inspections, but also managing non-conformance reports and supporting internal and external handovers.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supervising subsystem quality inspectors and ensuring the application of quality processes
- Managing interfaces with customer representatives and guiding installation teams
- Establishing, implementing, and updating Quality Installation Control Plans and relevant QC forms
- Ensuring proper traceability and documentation of quality control activities
- Leading continuous improvement and problem-solving activities at the subsystem installation level
- Supporting the Project Quality & Safety Manager in reporting quality KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities

- Master’s (or bachelor’s with experience) degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical, civil work…) or equivalent
- Experience in managing quality and problem-solving tools
- Understanding of processes and products delivered to projects
- Fluent in English and the site’s local language
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM)
- Experience in operational activities and documentation control
- Strong collaboration and team-working skills
- Leadership capabilities and a proactive mindset
