Could you be the full-time Material Planner in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of materials, contributing to the success of Alstom’s projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Warehouse, Sourcing/Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Quality), manage supplier performance, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of material planning and supplier delivery performance management, but also contribute to supply chain risk assessments and improvement initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Expressing delivery needs to suppliers and ensuring the availability of goods for Alstom projects

  • Monitoring and improving supplier performance KPIs

  • Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure ERP data reflects contractual agreements

  • Analyzing supplier confirmations and anticipating risks or impacts on production/projects

  • Managing material planning documents and maintaining master data accuracy

  • Applying APSYS (Alstom Production System) roadmap and Golden Rules

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain

  • Experience or understanding of supply chain activities and material planning

  • Knowledge of SAP and material requirements planning

  • Familiarity with supplier delivery performance management and inventory management

  • A Supply Chain or Project Management certification

  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in English; local language is a plus
