Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Maneja we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving improvements and ensuring excellence in industrial quality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the NCR team, manufacturing teams, and customer inspection teams), ensure adherence to quality standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by supporting the NCR team to complete characterization until closure using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC), but also participate in customer inspections and qualify manufacturing teams regarding Self-Inspection.
We’ll look to you for:

Supporting PIQ in your scope of responsibility

Managing Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)

Performing Workstation Audits and follow-ups
-
Performing or participating in product inspections when required (e.g., PCx)

Driving reductions in External Demerit, Defects per Unit, and First Pass Yield to achieve defined objectives

Reducing CONQ per unit (Cost Of Non-Quality) to meet defined goals

Contributing to achieving the APSYS score objective for Industrial Quality requirements as per the APSYS Roadmap

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

6-8 years of experience in quality engineering

Experience or understanding of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)

Knowledge of industrial quality standards and processes

Familiarity with manufacturing inspections and workstation audits

A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Strong communication and collaboration skills
