Could you be the full-time Configuration and Requirements Engineer in Manila (Ortigas, Pasig City), Philippines we’re looking for? 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing baseline outlines and reports for internal and external project baselines
  • Applying the configuration management process
  • Organizing and supporting Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
  • Managing design changes, anomalies, and configuration items
  • Updating all Configuration and Change Management Registers
  • Supporting requirements management workflows, including throughout the V&V process
  • Maintaining and feeding project databases related to Requirement Management
  • Keeping records and managing project assumptions
  • Conducting Requirements and Configuration meetings with subsystems
  • Providing overall support to the Configuration and Requirements Manager.

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of Configuration and Requirements Management processes.
  • Knowledge of tools like DOORS or ComplyPro is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management and systems engineering principles.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
