Reports to: TSA Manager / Section Manager

Job Summary:
The Temporary Staging Area Engineer is responsible for the planning, setup and operation of the temporary staging area (TSA) on a construction project. The role includes ensuring the proper management, coordination and flow of materials and equipment withing the TSA to support smooth site operations, maintaining safety and adhering to logistical timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, procure and setup of the temporary staging area.
- Ensure efficient flow of materials from TSA to work fronts or to end users.
- Maintain accurate records of materials in/out of the staging area.
- Coordinate receipt, storage and dispatch of materials and equipment.
- Monitor the condition of the facilities, utilities and stored materials to prevent damage, loss or deterioration.
- Coordinate with sourcing and procurement to align the needful of the TSAs.
- Place PR/PO using Ariba.
- Implement safety, environmental and quality procedures within the staging area.
- Assign task to TSA members and skilled workers in daily operation and supervise.
- Optimize space utilization and staging procedure to s to improve efficiency.
- Generate report such as weekly manhours, monthly consumption, procured items, tracker of assets and material movement and stock levels.
- Traffic management and vehicle routing within the TSA.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse layout and material handling
- Familiar with construction materials, facilities on site and lifting operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Auto Cad is an advantage
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced construction environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage
