Could you be the full-time System Integration Manager in Ortigas Centre (Manila, Philippines) we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your system integration expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in defining and managing the interfaces between Electro-Mechanical (E&M) Subsystems, ensuring seamless integration across diverse components such as Rolling Stock, Signalling, Telecommunications, Power Supply, and more. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and external partners, to maintain consistency across interfaces and oversee detailed definitions for integration. You’ll also lead the Civil Works (CW) interface engineering for tramway projects and prepare for the integration phase.
You’ll specifically take care of defining System Interface Control Documents (SICD) and managing the detailed interface definitions, but also ensure alignment with Alstom's global standards and processes.
We’ll look to you for:
- Defining and managing the System Interface management process, including interface identification and the interface register
- Creating and maintaining System Interface Control Documents (SICD) for subsystem pairs
- Ensuring consistency and alignment of interfaces across E&M subsystems
- Managing detailed interface definitions, such as Software Interface Design Descriptions (SIDD) and cabling consistency
- Overseeing Civil Works (CW) interface engineering for tramway projects
- Preparing and supporting the integration phase of projects

- University Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Overall 20 years of experience with solid understanding of railway systems, E&M equipment, and subsystems.
- Proven experience as a System Integration Manager with a minimum of 10 years as an E&M systems engineer and involvement in at least two projects as an integrator.
- Expertise in System Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Alstom’s processes and disciplines.
- Ability to use technical and industry expertise to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster open dialogue, build trust, and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
