Could you be the full-time Senior Project Installation Engineer - COM in Pampanga (site location) / Ortigas, Manila, Philippines we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and delivery of SIG & COM systems, contributing to the development of safe and efficient mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, quality assurance, and subcontractors), oversee installation activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supervising SIG & COM installation workers and subcontractors, but also ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and resources.
We’ll look to you for:
- Preparing installation work by organizing the 4M checklist, ensuring material availability, and verifying design documents and tools
- Supervising SIG & COM installation workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and setting priorities
- Ensuring execution of SIG & COM installations on-site and onboard, adhering to method statements and installation procedures
- Coordinating with the PrYM, reporting field activities progress and addressing issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements and quality standards during installation activities
- Supporting the handover process to the SIG & COM T&C team and the customer
- Identifying and verifying contract requirements for equipment and cableway installations
- Managing day-to-day activities of SIG & COM subcontractors and fostering effective collaboration

- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in SIG & COM systems installation and project management.
- Knowledge of EHS standards and quality assurance processes.
