Payment Application Senior Analyst

Could you be the full-time Payment Application Senior Analyst in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines we’re looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of payment applications.
• Review and manage billing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate internal approvals and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Communicate with clients on billing feedback and revisions.
• Implement updates based on client input and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of all billing-related documentation.
• Organize weekly calls with subsystem managers to decide billing items to include, identify missing documentation, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up on payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
