Could you be the full-time Deputy CMMS Manager in Manila, Philippines we’re looking for?
Purpose of the Job: The Alstom Deputy CMMS Manager mission is to take overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of an ambitious IT project with respect to budget, delivery timeframe and expected quality.
Implementation and enable the CMMS interface with the following:
- Maximo integration planning, developing and implement.
- Develop and test all possible acceptance tests conrdinance with customer.
- Coordination with suppliers
- Redundancy validation
- Traceability between the specification and validations baselines
- Coordinating all IT/CMMS activities within project
- Ensuring that contractual obligations relative to IT/CMMS are considered by the partners and delivered coherently and in a timely manner.
- Representing and being the contact point within the Project regarding IT/CMMS
- Ensuring the global coordination with BIM/ GIS/ IRS/ DMS team
- Ensuring the global coordination with The Engineer/Client and other stakeholders
- Ensuring the global coordination with IT/CMMS Service Product Line.
Your future role: In compliance with the terms of the contract and the Alstom strategy, the CMMS planning, deployment, interface deployment, testing and Integration is responsible for developing coordination and support of strategy to optimize support function, leverages existing resources and guides the process to quantify and lower life cycle cost.
Minimum Technical skills:
- Experience on Maximo integration development, using Java Web Services, Maximo REST API, Interface table and Maximo integration framework.
- Extensive Knowledge and experience on Maximo Implementation Customization and configuration.
- Extensive Knowledge and experience in implement network and Hardware for virtual environment in complex integration scenarios.
- Co- ordinate with multiple teams, build and test the network and hardware solution for CMMS implementation.
- Extensive knowledge in development and the customization of BIRT reports.
- Basic knowledge on the installation and configuration of MAS for HA, DR and Clustered.
- Basic knowledge in implement DB2 clustering
- Experienced in Solution documentation and could be able to discuss solution teams.
- Able to prepare test non-regression cases, unit test cases and perform end to end integration test scenarios with documentation.
- Development knowledge of Advanced Java (JSP, Servlet, EJB, XML, RMI, etc)
- Basic knowledge on Sources or platform definition for MAS 8.X.
- Able to develop/customize the Custom BIRT reports for Maximo.
- Advanced knowledge on installs and configuration of WebSphere.
- Able to work in virtual environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills and ability to learn and implement quickly.
- Able understand and deploy the FTP protocol-based CMMS integration solution.
- Competent in the use of standard Microsoft solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
His / Her CMMS role is to ensure following missions:
- Integration of the CMMS technical needs during design, implement, test and Go live;
- Development of CMMS Integration and Upgrade Specifications.
- Support the development of the external interfaces.
- Coordinate and control the different stakeholders involved on the CMMS topic.
- Implementation of the Maintenance Management System with:
- Integration plan and strategy
- Validation plan and strategy
- Coordination with suppliers
- Writing reports tests
- Redundancy validation
- Traceability between the specification and validations baselines
- Lead and perform the different test phases (in factory and onsite) of the CMMS and give the inputs for the T&C Team.
Internally:
- Act as an expert advisor to the CMMS Project Manager, the CMMS Team related to CMMS activities.
- Based on the Contract requirements, draft and maintain/update the solution, training, technical and functional documentation necessary for a proper execution of the CMMS activities, throughout the entire duration of the Contract
- Based on the Contract requirements, select the most appropriate tools and define the related parameters and any other elements necessary for a proper execution of the CMMS activities, throughout the entire duration of the Contract
- Ensure that the above is properly implemented by the Alstom Consortium partners for their respective scopes.
- Coordinate with (BIM, ATC, AFC, OCC, etc....) teams for development, test and implement CMMS interfaces.
- Consolidate the CMMS reporting.
- Coordinate the Change management and consolidate the impacts assessment related to the CMMS activities.
- Implement the Alstom Consortium policies, processes, procedures, and instructions
Externally:
- Interact with the other CMMS organizations involved in the Project:
- The Employer
- The Engineer, and other Employer consultants
- Other Project contractors
- Project interfacing entities, stakeholders and 3rd parties
- Represent Alstom Consortium in all meetings related to CMMS topics.
All about you (Qualifications):
- University/Engineer degree level.
- Involvement in IT Deployment and Migration (hardware and software) more than 8-10 years.
- Involvement in Maximo development and deployment more than 5 years.
- Involvement in Network and Hardware more than 5 years.
- Ideally involvement in Metro Operation and Maintenance Entity as operator and/or maintainer more than 2 years.
- Knowledge in IT Network and Hardware.
- Knowledge in Maximo Integration.
- Knowledge in Maximo implementation.
- Knowledge in Java development.
- Exposure in Railway systems.
- Collaboration/Teamwork
- Fluent in English.
