DEQ Construction Installation Supervisor

Could you be the full-time DEQ Construction Installation Supervisor in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines we’re looking for?

Your future role

Manage the preparation of construction documents, installation of equipment and other necessary documents deliverables in accordance with Project requirements ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders.

We’ll look to you for:

• Supervising the construction and rectification of civil structures for depot equipment installation
• Preparing delivery, inspection, and installation monitoring for depot equipment
• Coordinating with logistics for equipment transportation updates
• Developing construction schedules and installation plans
• Managing design and interface issues with stakeholders
• Supporting customer acceptance processes and addressing deviations
• Ensuring on-time submission and approvals
• Validating technical design choices and regulatory compliance
• Providing periodic reports and technical documentation
• Supervising verification, validation, and safety case activities

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience or understanding of depot equipment (rolling stock), construction, installation, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of CAD operation.
• Systematic and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage design and interface issues with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
