Could you be the full-time Asset Engineer in Ortigas, Philippines we’re looking for?

 

Job Purpose: The Asset Engineer role is to lead and supervise the implementation of asset management plan within the subsystems (and their suppliers). His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Representative for all aspects of the preparation, performance, follow up of the asset management plan.
  • Responsible for preparing strategies and plans to deliver appropriate maintenance, refurbishment or replacement of assets.
  • Define and support in collaboration with the MMIS team the asset database structure (asset families, asset breakdown structures, asset attributes, location breakdown structures).
  • Manage the asset database population process, and the interfaces with the actors of the process (ILS, engineering, sourcing, internal partners, MMS).
  • Interface with project entities in order to obtain data in the required format.
  • Manage data validity process and population KPIs.
  • Managing interface with BIM entity regarding data.
  • Defining the labelling process (stickers, content, process, etc).
  • Ensuring that the asset database is complete and up to date compared to the current system configuration.

 

Main Missions In this role need to endure the following:

  • Ensure and Populate the Asset Management Plan to all entities of the project in design and construction phase (Project Company and Client) and to the O&M.
  • Implement, populate and ensure the Logistic Breakdown Structure for the project based on the drawings and scheme plan.
  • Implement, populate and ensure the Technical Breakdown Structure for the project based on the technical data coming for the project entities.
  • Populate the attributes for each asset of the asset database in accordance with the installation progress.
  • Ensure that the asset database is in line with the current system configuration up to the handover phase.
  • Implement the chosen labelling solution (if any),
  • Generate the Dashboard and KPI to show the Asset Database Progress,
  • Support the different the EPC Entities during the population phase and the O&M Entity during the handover phase,
  • Ensure that the Asset Management Plan properly implemented in MMIS (Maintenance Management Information System).

 

Knowledge/Experience

  • Academic degree (Engineer is advance).
  • Analytical skills (data collection, data analysis, data processing) and Project management skills.
  • Able to read electrical, architecture and mechanical diagrams and drawings.
  • Involvement in complex system projects : > 2 years
  • Automated Metro System included Rail Systems (advantage)
  • Operation and Maintenance Environment.
  • Railway Maintenance included Maintenance Management System
  • Maintenance Studies including Life Cycle Cost
  • Operation and Maintenance Documentation
  • Training
  • Spare parts and Tools
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Management Software and preferably Maximo is a plus.
