Could you be the full-time Project Manager Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City, Manila, Philippines we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll lead the successful planning and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with budget, delivery timeframe, and quality expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and operations), oversee supplier progress, and support the resolution of project challenges, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems across all project domains, but also ensure the alignment of deliverables with contractual obligations.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments for all work packages
  • Coordinating work packages to meet project objectives
  • Managing project reviews and implementing decisions
  • Supervising and coordinating project works
  • Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing variation orders and internal changes
  • Providing leadership and fostering a strong team spirit

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Good years of experience in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems or related technologies.
  • Experience or understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with contract and supplier management.
  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Good understanding in cost & planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
