Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your creativity and organisational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate internally and externally, ensuring our message resonates and inspires. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as commercial, marketing, and HR teams), contribute to impactful campaigns, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of supporting the creation and dissemination of communication content, but also assist in managing social media accounts and organising events.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the creation and dissemination of internal communication content to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Contributing to the organisation of internal events and communication campaigns
  • Assisting in maintaining and improving internal communication tools and channels
  • Supporting the promotion of Alstom in Spain to strengthen its image as a leader in sustainable mobility and innovation
  • Managing local social media accounts, including content creation, publishing, and engagement
  • Helping identify content opportunities to increase visibility and reach
  • Supporting commercial and business development teams with communication materials
  • Contributing to the organisation of events such as trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Coordinating communication suppliers and ensuring adherence to Alstom’s brand and communication guidelines
  • Monitoring and following up on communication budgets and activities


All about you

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Studies or a related field
  • Previous internship or initial experience in communication, marketing or related areas is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (native or advanced level)
