Could you be the full-time SERVICES TEAM LEADER in Madrid we’re looking for?  

 

Your future role 

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your TECHNICAL AND LEADERSHIP expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates. 

You'll be responsible of  the Maintenance and Warranty signalling team for Mainline contracts (Trackside). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with  teams across the business ( Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistic, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality), organizing, planning and managing the warranty & maintenance activities, and much more. 

You’ll specifically take care of supervising the subcontracted services and managing the performance of the team, but also communicate with client.

 

We’ll look to you for:  

  • Control the execution on the preventive and corrective maintenance following the Quality, Safety and EHS procedures Planning of activities, updates of procedures and manuals, training of maintenance workers.
  • Monthly report to the customer.
  • Technical analysis of faults.
  • Development of enhancement or investment proposals.
  • Manage the stock of spare parts allocated to the contract.
  • Interface with the other involved métiers in the warranty and maintenance activities, especially with T&C activity but also with ILS, Safety, Quality, RAM, Engineering.
  • Interface with the customer.

 

Performance Measurement

  • Manager the maintenance & warranty team.
  • Documentation delivered on time
  • Contractual KPI (RAM indicators, Logistic Times, Response Times, etc.)

 

All about you

  • Electrical, Telecommunication or Industrial Engineer / Technician.
  • 5 years experience in railway projects.
  • Accuracy, analytical skills, good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of procedures for Quality, Safety and EHS.
  • Knowledge on maintenance of railway systems (Mainline Wayside, Trackside and On Board)
  • Experience in management of teams
  • Fluent in English.
  • Open-minded
  • Good relational skills
