Could you be the full-time Services Bid Technical Manager in Madrid we’re looking for?

Negotiate with the Services Director or Services Domain/Metier Department Head the allocation of the technical team in line with the bid needs (expertise and timing).

Analyze, with the support of Services, Engineering and Solutions Teams, the potential gaps between the customer's specification and standard solutions and products and support Bid Manager and Tender Leader in defining the most suitable compliance strategy.

Coordinate, from a technical point of view, the bid internal stakeholders (Services, installation, Testing & Commissioning, RCs Project Engineering, Development Centers) and the external stakeholders (if applicable) to ensure overall understanding of the bid technical strategy (including scope, scheme plans, bill of quantities, migration strategy, PDO, etc.)

When applicable, propose the migration strategy to be applied.

Prepare and lead a Technical Design Review (TDR) up to the approval of the technical scope associated to the bid.

Coordinate the Services quotations and risks evaluation checking for overall consistency and competitiveness.

Ensure a smooth handover with the Services Team in case of contract award.

Support project execution teams and Services Engineering Teams in case in troubleshooting issues where product knowledge is required. As well, coordinate with local Engineering, Solution and Product Teams support to project execution teams for this case.

Industrial Engineering or similar.

Minimum experience of five years in similar functions in railway sector (desirable signalling)

Customer relationship experience.

Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope.

Engineering product development full lifecycle view.

Knowledge of Office at the user level.

Good communication skills.

Autonomous, motivated and interested in technical and contractual issues.

Availability to travel (15% of your time).

Proficiency in spanish.

Advanced / Proficiency in English.
