Could you be the full-time onsite Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Madrid, ES we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your talent acquisition and strategic recruitment expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates and play a pivotal role in shaping Alstom’s talent strategy and driving the recruitment of top-tier talent.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Managers, and senior leadership), develop tailored recruitment solutions, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Alstom as an employer of choice.
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading all phases of the recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and background checks ,
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process,
- Collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet business needs,
- Building and maintaining talent pools, pipelines, and targeted campaigns to attract top candidates,
- Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools and ensure a competitive edge in the market ,
- Providing advanced skills and competency-based interviews and delivering comprehensive candidate assessments ,
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, advocating for skills-based hiring and influencing talent attraction strategies,
- Preparing and presenting recruitment activity reports and outcomes to senior management,
- Coaching and mentoring less experienced Talent Acquisition team members to enhance their skills and career development ,
- Contributing to employer branding and using social media and other channels to promote job openings and company culture.

- Experience and understanding of talent acquisition processes, including recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and candidate experience,
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, data analytics, and talent acquisition metrics,
- Familiarity with the Engineering & Technical sector and/or matrix environments ,
- Proficient in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills ,
- Strong project management and organizational skills,
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ,
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments ,
- A forward-thinking mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
