Could you be the full-time Railway Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) in Madrid we’re looking for? 

 

Your future role  

Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.  

You'll provide support to product Safety management system ensuring safety risks are mitigated. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Quality and EHS), developing the work instructions and processes from the maintenance plan and manuals and much more.  

You’ll specifically take care of supporting several projects on railway in terms of mechanical maintenance activities, but also define the materials for the different processes.   

We’ll look to you for:  

  • Optimize the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan. 

  • Definition of the materials for the process.  

  • Support for the execution of overhaul and repair projects.  

  • Manages the technical and industrial documentation. 

  • Supports the Product Safety management system ensuring safety risks are mitigated. 

  • Search for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers. 

 

All about you

  • University degree: Mechanical o Industrial Engineering  

  • Knowledge in the railway sector.  

  • 2 or 3 years of experience in similar positions.  

  • English intermediate level is required.  

  • Experience elaborating technical documentation for equipment reviews
