Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
We’ll look to you for:
- Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), or Sub-System Manager (SSM),
- Acts as the right hand of the Project Manager (PM) / Chief of Development (CoD) / Chief of Operations (CoO),
- Acts as the Project Manager’s trusted deputy, ensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when needed.
- Serves as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
- Is a visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration, maintaining momentum, and driving delivery excellence.
- Communicates efficiently at any level, adapting the communication to the audience both verbally and written.
- Owns the time management topic for their area, providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision-making and ensure the expected On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance of the project (tender, contract, or program execution),
- Responsible to develop and maintain the project schedule (internal) for his area,
- Manage efficiently planning deliverable issuance,
- Facilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders.

Engineering or Business Degree.

High Level in English is a must
-
Minimun 4 years of experience as Project Planning
- Knowledge of project scheduling theory.

Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool (MSP, P6, Planisware)

Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Basic overall knowledge of railway products, and good knowledge of the Sub-System

Agility to juggle with schedules simulations, various scenarios, and changing project goals
