We’re looking for a Process Industrial Quality Manager (Fixed Term Contract) to ensure product quality compliance with customer and internal requirements, deploying industrial quality standards across manufacturing processes.

Your role, your impact

• Ensure product quality during manufacturing according to internal and customer specifications
• Manage Industrial Quality activities across people, processes, and performance
• Analyze Defects per Unit (DpU) and external demerits to drive line quality improvements
• Support GO / NO GO decisions and hold veto right in critical situations
• Stop production when required for safety or quality reasons
• Contribute to Criticality Matrix and Process FMEA analyses
• Lead FAR activities and participate in FMR / SMR reviews
• Implement and update Quality Control Plans during pre-serial and serial phases
• Manage internal NCRs and support their closure using problem-solving methodologies (e.g. QRQC)
• Participate in customer inspections, audits, and First Article Inspections (FAI)
• Perform workstation audits and ensure proper self-inspection practices

What you bring

• Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar)
• Experience in industrial quality and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, problem solving)
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and quality standards (ISO9001)
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
• Experience managing teams (for Manager level)
• Fluent English and international mindset
• Ability to work in matrix environments and under pressure
• Strong communication skills, rigor, and team spirit
 
 
How success is measured

• Reduction of Defects per Unit (DpU) and external demerits
• Improvement of First Pass Yield (FPY)
• Reduction of Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ)
• Achievement of APSYS Industrial Quality targets (Q09–Q13)
