Purpose of the job


Analyze, design and implement industrializations in corporate digital solutions for the execution of production processes based on continuous improvement methodology for maintenance centers and Component Overhaul & Repair.

Support of incidents at the Key User level for SAP and SES digital applications of the projects executed by Services.

Collaborate to meet the objectives established by the management in Service Projects


Organizational reporting

Reports Hierarchically to  Industrial Manager

Industrial Team, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Supply Chain, RRHH  and Production  (White and Blue collars)



  • Analyze, design and implement industrial processes in SAP and SES digital execution tool.
  • Key User SAP and SES application.
  • Incident management and support with central team and IT department
  • Collaborate in the implementations of the digital business modelDefinition of the Operations /Sub operations/Tasks of each maintenance task to be performance ensuring compliance with the Maintenance Plan
  • Creation and update of the Maintenance exams ( operations and sub_operations )  in SES
  • Real-time monitoring of Overhaul & Repair operations ensuring compliance with the established standard or analyzing any possible deviation.
  • Standardization of processes
  • Apply PDCA cycles to improve industrial processes
  • Detect needs in the workshop and propose improvements
  • Implementation lean processes to optimize digital resources
  • Implementation of visual management
  • Creation and follow-up of KPIs and reports
  • Analyze SES KPIs, measurement points and control sheets to study improvements in the Repair components plants
  • Ensure the achievement of service quality indicators.
  • Comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational health regulations.




Educational Requirements

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Essential knowledge of  SAP ( Key User level required ).
  •  Knowledge in digital systems for production management and process improvement


  • Spanish: essential native
  • English speaker - high level



  • Minimum of 2-years experience within continuous improvement environment in industrial.
  • Knowledge of SAP application at Key User level (Implementation, support and incidents)
  • Knowledge of general tools: Office suite in advance level
