Could you be the Material Planner for a temporary position in Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will manage the material needs int line with the strategic HI and Cash Flow. Day-to-day, you will be responsible of the configuration for the material process to ensure material availability and rotation. You wil work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations and Projects), to coordinate the material needs and much more.
You’ll be the main interface for Projects and Operations with the materials availability for short, mid and long term.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage the material needs in coordination with the teams from Engineering, Operations and Projects.
- Define strategic and policies for stock management in line with the budget of projects and objetives of the unit around the Cash Flow.
- Consolidate the need from Operations / Production and the Bill of Material for the correct execution of the material requirement planning for the correct generation of purchaise request, optimizing in terms of lot size and frequency ensuring the material supply and availability.
- Improve the visibility on materials for production and operations.
- Perform inventory analysis for the right definition and procurement strategy.
- Generate actions plans for the inventory reduction and increase of the rotation of the inventory.
- Anticipate the risk for the stock shortages and the needs of materials supply in order to provide visibility to Sourcing for the right and optimal negociation with the suppliers.
- Place purchaise orders, manage order acknowledge, follow up and delivery control.
- Management of suppliers non conformities.

- Academic background in Technical Engineering or Industrial Superior.
- Intermediate english level.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience of 1-3 years in similar positions.
