We are looking for a Materials Coding Technician in Pinto, Madrid who is passionate about designing and developing cutting-edge material coding solutions while working alongside dedicated teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead complex projects, take ownership of key responsibilities, and make a lasting impact on the efficiency and safety of railway transportation.
Your Role, Your Impact
- Optimize the scalability of material coding processes to support fleet growth and an increasing diversity of materials.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system integration and material traceability.
- Ensure data reliability and coding accuracy, minimizing errors and improving operational quality.
- Drive innovation in coding methodologies by adopting new technologies and railway safety standards.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- You will work with committed experts, solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility and ensure seamless integration between business and technology.
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in materials coding, inventory management, or railway maintenance.
- Experience in SAP system, databases, and coding and traceability tools.
- Advance level of Spanish and English intermediate level is required.
- Knowledge of parts standards, railway regulations, maintenance processes, and materials management.
- Leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset in collaborative environments.
