You'll carry out this assignment based on the objectives and priorities established by the Management, coordinating and managing the correct execution of the works in Services and maintenance projects, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the index and service quality requirements established contractually. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, verify the correct development of the contracts and work alongside the Customer to provide services and solutions in order to keep the highest level of excellence in maintenance services in the market and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of managing reporting process to the Customer regarding incidents/events but also coordinating the team and supporting Customer technically during incidents/events related to on-board and trackside equipment applying expert knowledge of the project.

 

<span 72="">We’ll look to you for

  • Manage on-site team during maintenance activities and system repair or installation.
  • Supporting project execution, focused to design, installation and test & commissioning functions.
  • Develop the contractual maintenance documentation.
  • Descriptions of faults, causes and solutions and report internally and to the Customer.
  • Monitoring and analysis of the technical problems with the different technologies, suppliers and other participating units of ALSTOM in the projects; contributing to Engineering the maximum number of possible technical data on the anomalies detected.
  • Support Customer monitoring works throughout monitoring system to repair the failures.
  • Control software versions onboard/trackside electronic equipment.
  • Propose and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring Quality System compliance.
  • Obsolescence management with suppliers.
  • Follow-up repairs.
  • Planning of preventive maintenance and team workload.
  • Release of "Troubleshooting" documents to improve the efficiency of corrective maintenance.
  • Reporting to management project execution status throughout review.
  • Controlling and reporting financial status of the projects.
  • Support management and commercial teams in customer/s related matters.

  • Degree in industrial engineering
  • Experience in technical project management.
  • Extensive computer knowledge (Windows, MSOffice, MSProject, AUTOCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, Catia V5, ...).
  • Team Leading skills (negotiation, communication, teamwork, ...), innovative capacity, negotiation skills and decision making.
  • Knowledge of the railway business, projects, clients, etc. will be valued.
  • Experience in the area of maintenance railway systems and / or industrial equipment will be valued.
  • Experience in project management at an international and with complex interfaces level will be valued.
  • The location of the job will be any of the centers in which the maintenance activity is carried out in the Madrid Projects, which may vary depending on the needs of the service.

    In addition, occasional trips are required at the national / international level to perform specific works or support other units in ALSTOM, if necessary.

  • Driving license type B essential.
