Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates.
You'll be responsible of the Maintenance and Warranty signalling team for Mainline contracts (Trackside). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Managers and Technicians, T&C Manager and engineers, Logistic, Sourcing, RAM, Safety, ILS, Quality), organizing, planning and managing the warranty & maintenance activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of supervising the subcontracted services and managing the performance of the team, but also communicate with client.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manages the technical performances of the systems and provide Rex (return of experience) to relevant Services Platform
- Optimizes the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.
- Detects, defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.
- Assures the update of the technical documentation of the projects.
- Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities.
- Interface with the customer on technnical solutions.

- Electrical, Telecommunication or Industrial Engineer
- 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance signalling projects.
- Experience in ADIF projects
- Team management experience
- Problem solving capacity (technical and costs evaluation of a solution)
- Capacity of managing Technical risks
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Desire to learn
- Effective, professional interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English.
