Logistics and Warehouses Engineer






Fixed Term (6 months)



Assure the adequate management, handling, reception and storage of the materials received. Comply with the EHS regulation of the workshop where it is located. Safeguard the materials and keep up-to-date the entries, consumptions and locations in the system, in order to have precise weekly inventories. Define the internal logistics flows to replenish the materials in production and manage visual control methods to optimize these replenishment processes. Cost control of the storage spaces and transports necessary for the movement and the handling of the materials. 

Management and coordination of logistics platforms.

Definition and implementation of the distribution network. 



Make a correct and agile reception of the materials received from the suppliers. 

Storage and placement of the materials in the established spaces. 

Control and management of perishable products and special storage. 

Management of storage areas and spaces for its optimization.

Management and grouping of transport and shipments for optimization. 

Definition of the methods and processes for the handling and manipulation of materials. 

Definition of in line collection strategies. 

Management of the internal logistics and in line replenishment of the materials required for the production. 

Implementation of visual control systems and minimize the times of management. 

Management of non-conformities and quality batches, both pysicial and in system.



At least, 5 years of experience in similar positions in Supply Chain (material planning, suppliers management, warehouses management, logistics operations management, transportation management);

Experience with SAP system (WM and IM mdules). Valuable experience with logistics platforms;

Experience of team management;

Spanish and English (mandatory). French (valuable);

Graduation in Industrial Engineering; 

Good communication, negotiation, leadership and initiative skills. Strategic and methodical vision. Good risk management and problem solving skills.
