Could you be the full-time Legal Counsel in Madrid we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your legal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside professional and talented teammates. You will be responsible to provide senior legal support and expertise. 

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Contract  Managers, Project Managers), supporting the business in all legal and contractual matters, and much more.

 

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Provide senior legal support and expertise with regard to legal issues arising out of the business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks               
  • Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement                           
  • Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents     
  • Support the business in proactively managing and instructing litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters    

 

 

All about you

 

That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

 

  • Law degree from a spanish university
  • Master in business law is a plus
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm
  • Experience with public tenders
  • Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Native Spanish speaker
