Could you be the Industrialization Engineer in Madrid (Getafe) we’re looking for a permanent role?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply to industrialization engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates in a multidisciplinary position.
You´ll colaborate in the creation of the industrial processes of the company. Day to day you´ll work closely with teams across the business (production and product development), optimize production are and workflows and much more.
You´ll specifically take care of the specification of assembly tools and testing equipment, but also define work stations and trolleys.
We´ll look to you for:
- Analyze of design proposal viability to be produced on workshop and prepare production lines.
- Define manufacturability : assembly process, assembly hours and standards solutions.
- Optimize production area and workflow
- Define working stations and trolleys.
- Create of working instructions and control forms for production department in respects of EHS policy.
- Specify the tools needed for production, assembly and testing.
- Manage special process application, management and training.
- Participate on change and configuration follow up with project, engineering, sourcing, logistics and production areas.
All about you

- University Degree in Engineering
- Experience: 3 - 5 years working in similar positions.
- English level: B2
- Experience working with CAD - Inventor and SAP.
- Knowledge in developing products and industrialization processes.
