Could you be the full-time Indirect Buyer (temporal) in Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Buyer expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and talented teammates.

You'll work with an Indirect Procurement Team to develop and execute indirect procurement strategies, supporting a large production manufacturing facility Category.

You’ll specifically take care of tendering, supplier selection, review and de-selection activities, but also negotiate, place and manage contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Carrying out on-going SRM and vendor management activities
  • Managing requestors and supplier relationships to ensure that category
  • Assuring that strategies are highly aligned to current and future Business needs
  • Advising on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex services with new and existing suppliers

University degree or equivalent qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience in a buyer role, working within Indirect procurement will be valued
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba will be a plus
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in French as plus
  • Interest in a temporary replacement contract
  • Proven, successful supplier negotiations skills, and understanding of contract terms and conditions
  • Excellent communication/relationship skill, be the confidential and trustworthy business partner and ability to influence others
  • Comfort with risk and ambiguous situations
  • Accuracy, Problem solving, planning and organization, result orientation, service orientation, ability to perform in stress situations
