Could you be the full-time IXL Projects Deployment Leader in Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
-
Manage IXL deployment team with more than 25 resources and 2 different solutions: EBILock and Smartlock.

Workload management.
-
IXL team competency management to increase production capacity.
-
Project deadlines commitment.
-
Alignment with Alstom strategy regarding transfer to BCC.
-
Understand system requirements, as set by customer, and carry out gap analysis towards ALSTOM standard platform.

Collaborate with other engineering team members and other disciplines of the project.

Coordinate IXL engineering activities to match customer’s requirements, considering Quality/Cost/Delivery (QCD) objectives of the project.

Always must have in mind if the compliance with the customer’s requirements are aligned with ALSTOM standard platform policy.

Customer interface for technical topics.

Ensure the correct feedback on future projects, using the return of experience coming back from V & V processes.

University degree (High level) in industrial or telecom engineering. Others can be accepted.

At least ten(10) years of previous experience in Electronic Interlocking Design activities, with good knowledge of Signalling for Railways.

Good knowledge of EBILock and/or Smartlock solution.

English: fluent, written and spoken.

Updated to latest customer regulations.
