Could you be the full-time Fleet Monitoring Engineer in Pinto, Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role  

Take on a new challenge and apply your organization of the corrective maintenance in depot and in stations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.  

You'll be part of the task's execution within the Digital fleet management department. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering and technicians), looking for an improvement in the reliability of the fleet and much more.  

You’ll specifically take care of assure the accomplishment of the different KPIs and quality requirements established by the Board and, but also support technical drivers and station located personnel.   

 

We’ll look to you for:  

  • Support technically depot personnel in order to reduce repairing times. 

  • Logs, events and incidences analysis to define/coordinate corrective actions to take. 

  • Creation of different reports (contractual/technical. Etc.) in order to explain incidents.   

  • Support the development of the diagnosis tool. 

  • Cooperate in the in the organization of the corrective maintenance both in depot and the stations. 

  • Creation and management of the different fleet retrofits in order to improve the reliability. 

  • Cooperation in the implementation and development of new tools to monitor new subsystems and improve the effectiveness of the tasks done in the depot. 

  • Verify the correct execution of the maintenance plan, proposing improvements. 

  • Test different elect mechanical components. 

  • Update KPIs. 

  • Notify incidents that are likely to lead to Safety issues in the fleet. 

  • Quality, Environment, Safety and Health normative accomplishment. 

  • Support technical drivers and station personnel. 

 

All about you  

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:  

  • FPM or FPS in Electrical, Electronic, Automatic Engineering or related.  

  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.  

  • Intermediate level of English is valuable. 

  • Knowledge of Office Package.  

  • Knowledge of programming languages is valuable.  

  • Desirable knowledge in technical maintenance and railway, automotive, aeronautics.   

  • SAP knowledge is valuable.  

  • Available to move to other sites in Madrid if needed and to work under shifts (7x3 / 7x4 / 5x2)
