Your role, your impact

• To lead tenders to ensure consistency between the tender development needs and the programs development roadmap, identifying and managing the gaps estimation when it is applicable
• Support the Tendering team to ensure that the correct technical governance is being applied (e.g. suitable design and expert input, defining and enforcing architecture/métier standards, methodologies, processes, tools and solution frameworks against which programs and projects can deliver) – focusing inwardly on the internal consistency; and outwardly on its coherence with other solutions/métiers and standards.
• Review CbC and propose the technical solution, covering areas such as the definition of requirements compliance, functional fit, technological capability, cost, and delivery capability
• Propose technological solution on Security based on standard protocols and cyber and obsolescence compliance
• Maintain view of industry and standards, and domain technical watch to guide orientation with market trends.
• Provide pre-tendering support regarding business opportunities where expected solution does not exist in current portfolio.
• Strong link with Security Solution within Systems&Turnkey Platform and ICC Solution within Urban Platform to promote Make (ISM+SIM within ICC New Generation) for given opportunities
• Strong link with ICC Design Authority and CONCERTO Design Authority to secure the alignment of the DC development strategy (ISM+SIM) with the ICC New Generation and CONCERTO platform
• Assess the feasibility of the proposed solution (performance, delivery model and organizational fit), and propose mitigation plans
• Engages with projects/programs to ensure tender technical risks are being identified and managed
• Promote and chair Decision Making meetings to secure right component selection or technical decisions for tenders
• Ensure the implementation of generic products and systems by multi-program synergies in order to optimize cost of technical solutions.
• Propose technical innovation and roadmap development as required in answer to the business tender strategy of ISM+SIM field, with a constant preoccupation to make optimization on the company portfolio and internal processes.
• Participate proactively with ICC Design Authority community sharing experince and providing/requiring support when needed

What you bring

• Engineering degree
• Experience in Sw Architecture and Product Integration
• Strong knowledge and experience working in tenders and system definition
• Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, streaming protocols, SIP, VoIP, Public Address, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams
• Agile mindset with international orientation
