Could you be the full-time Customer Services in Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your ability with customer relationship to another level. You’ll workalongside young and proactive teammates.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship with parts customers, recording quotations from salesorder registration, back-office delivery tracking through to payment, including master data management andpreparation of key performance indicators. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business(Services and spare parts), delaing with assigned customer accounts and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating customised offers taking into account the customer´s needs, but alsoyou will establish the winning strategy in the procurement, tendering and the negociation phase.
We’ll look to you for:
Conduct negociations with customers independently and together with your manager and document them.
Act as the interface between customers and internal departments to achieve sales offers.
Prepare all relevant tender documents for each customer.
Implement and colaborate if required on strategic sales targets.
Relation of customer - orientated activities.
Registration of offers, opportunities and execution and follow-up of the same.
Delivery follow-up.
Execution of administrative support activities.
Support and follow- up of Business, KPIs and digital tools.

Degree in Technical Engineering, Market, Sales or similar.
Knowledge of public tender platforms and/or having collaborated in the bidding process.
10 years of experience in a customer service department or similar.
Previous experience working with final clients or customer support and desirable experience with clients in the railway sector.
Medium English level is a must
Previous experience working with SAP, Office and e-commerce platforms.
Desirable knowledge of railway industry.
