Systems Performance Manager.

DURATION  ---------------  LOCATION.

Permanent -------------- Madrid

MISSION.

Manage the systems integration between the company and the customer. Control and supervision of the interface system.

Responsible for empowering the systems usage and the developments of the systems to support and optimize business processes

Main promotor of Business intelligence, defining reports and dashboards in Qlik sense to empower the business processes and execution

Coordinate the project System needs with central IT. Monitoring IT performance and deliver.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

Local Performance of the IT Landscape for the project:

- SES

- Qlik Sense

- GSI

- GSI BI

Support and coordination with KU for the related areas driving the strategy and managing the transversal view of all the possible incidents and support from technicians

Define and propose new improvements for the system.

Main promotor of Business intelligence, defining reports and dashboards in Qlik sense to empower the business processes and execution

Responsible of the level of usage of the system in all the business flows

Segregation of Duties on access Roles

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS.

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions with Information Systems as KU or PM;

Mandatory strong experience with SAP (implementation and/or improvement of this system), mainly with the PM module;

Valuable experience with SES and Qlik Sense;

Experience in Business Intelligence (valuable);

Experience in the definition of business processes;

Spanish and English (mandatory). French (a plus);

Graduated in Industrial Engineering.
