Could you be the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst in Pinto, Madrid we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your business intelligence expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be part of the task’s execution within the Digital fleet management department, looking for the improvement of the reliability of the fleet and ensuring the accomplishment of the different KPIs and quality requirements established by the Board and the maintenance plans, optimizing the operational cost of the different fleets and the passenger experience. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (external clients, engineering and maintenance), create dashboards for external clients and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of data analysis to explain results, but also manage KPIs and update information.
We’ll look to you for:

Dashboard creation for customers (maintainers and operators)

Data mining. Extraction of the data from the required sources.

Data shaping. Shape extracted data and make it compatible for analysis SW.

Statistical analysis of the data to explain fleet behavior.

Creation of Tableau Reports and Tableau real time data sources.

Support the development of the diagnosis tool.

Coordination with the customer to establish continuous improvement cycles for the deployed BI solutions

Ensure the availability of the solutions.

Real time interface creation between diagnosis tool – cloud bucket – BI solution.

Update KPIs.

Quality, Environment, Safety and Health normative accomplishment.

Degree in Digital Business, Administration or related.

Intermediate English level is required.

At least 1 or 2 years of experience in similar positions.

Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.

Experience generating and analizing KPIs
-
Desirable knowledge working with agile methologies.

Knowledge in SQL, Python and R programming languages will be valuable.
