Could you be the full-time Brake System Engineer for Alstom AMETSIS in Getafe (Madrid) we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your system engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll follow technical contact for customer and ensures the internal communication from customer to development. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, validation), support tender team for GO decision on tender activities (capabilities, safety, legal) and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of specifying the pneumatic architecture and main component selection according to customer requirements and international and company standards but also defining functional specification for HW and SW needs.
We’ll look to you for:
- Define validation plan, test specifications, test tool and laboratory needs.
- Follow up component development and quality of engineering documentation.
- Consolidate project engineering budget for Project management
- Ensure that design for quality process is followed in tender and project execution.
- Support departments from technical perspective

- Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as a railway system engineer
- English level: B2
