ATC V&V Leader

We’re looking for an ATC V&V Leader to ensure signalling systems are verified, integrated and validated to the highest standards before entering service. This is mission-critical engineering work, ensuring safe, reliable and high-performing railway operations. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

 

 

Your role, your impact 

 

• Contribute to the Project Verification & Validation strategy and drive its implementation throughout the project lifecycle
• Define verification methodologies, test plans and test specifications for in-house and exported testing activities
• Perform and report verification, integration and validation activities, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and delivery objectives
• Collaborate closely with Test & Commissioning, Safety, Design and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Represent Alstom with customers and partners, providing visibility on test progress, risks, issues and opportunities
• Manage test environments, assets, configuration control and anomaly tracking processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to KPI monitoring and lessons learned activities

 

 

 

 

 

• Experience in Verification & Validation, testing, integration or signalling systems within the railway industry
• Knowledge of railway signalling principles, system validation methodologies and testing processes
• Ability to define and execute structured test strategies and manage configuration and change control activities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams and customer environments
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results

 

 

 

• Delivery of V&V activities according to project quality, cost and schedule targets
• Effectiveness of verification strategies, test execution and defect management
• Contribution to safety demonstrations and successful project acceptance milestones
