Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Integrated Support and Logistics (ISR/ILS) to a groundbreaking project in the rail industry. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, proactive, and highly skilled team on the Alula Experiential Tramway Project.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of ISR and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and operations, as well as external partners, customers, and suppliers. You’ll coordinate ISR activities, ensure contractual obligations are met, and develop methodologies to integrate availability, maintainability, and supportability into the project lifecycle.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the Operation and Maintenance Training programs and ensuring the delivery of ISR-related deliverables, but also foster strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the project.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Analyzing contractual requirements and translating them into actionable project deliverables.
-
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the ISR scope.
-
Coordinating tasks across various contributing entities to meet quality, cost, and time delivery targets.
-
Ensuring ISR requirements are integrated into material design and project planning.
-
Leading the development and implementation of maintainability analysis, maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and training programs.
-
Drafting and maintaining management plans, processes, and procedures for ISR and training activities.
-
Coordinating and consolidating ISR and training deliverables from partners and suppliers.
-
Ensuring timely delivery of operation and maintenance manuals, asset databases, and training materials.
-
Monitoring progress, analyzing schedules, and proposing recovery plans if needed.
-
Acting as the primary point of contact for the Project Director and external stakeholders regarding ISR activities.
