Could you be the full-time onsite BIM Coordinator - AlUla in AlUla, SA we’re looking for?


Your future role

 

"Take on a new challenge and apply your BIM coordination expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll lead the coordination between sub-systems installation managers and Civil Work teams, driving seamless integration and ensuring high-quality project modeling across all delivery stages. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Turnkey Design Office, Civil Work teams, and subsystem installation teams), manage the configuration of design deliverables, and review submitted models for interferences and quality, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Directing the coordination across disciplines and systems.,

  • Managing the Turnkey Design Office Team for design integration.,

  • Defining and reviewing integration requirements.,

  • Delivering Project BIM processes, methodologies, and guidance for the collaborative production, maintenance, and delivery of information and data.,

  • Leading integration design and build meetings (geometrical clashes and required metadata).,

  • Following the delivery schedule of Civil Work design and subsystem installation design.,

  • Reviewing the submitted models for interferences and level of details quality.,

  • Managing the configuration of the design received from the Civil Work and the applicable one.,

  • Assisting the Design BIM Manager in the management of design development.,

  • Assisting the Design Civil Work Interface & BIM Manager in the check of the deliverables as part of the System technical validation."

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. ,

  • Experience or understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and tools. ,

  • Knowledge of design integration and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. ,

  • Familiarity with 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. ,

  • A certification or communication skill: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams. ,

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex tasks effectively. ,

  • Experience with project delivery stages and managing design deliverables. ,

  • Knowledge of geometrical clash detection and metadata requirements. ,

  • Familiarity with Civil Work and subsystem installation processes. ,

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and maintain focus on continuous learning and improvement.
