Could you be the full-time Site EHS Manager in Madhepura, Bihar we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive EHS expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and proactive teammates.
You'll lead the EHS function on-site, ensuring the implementation of policies and continuous improvement of EHS results. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (operations, HR, medical partners), drive risk assessments, develop emergency plans, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing the site EHS management system and ensuring compliance, but also actively develop the site's EHS culture.
We’ll look to you for:

Supporting site management in achieving top-tier EHS results

Driving the implementation of EHS policy and improvement plans

Mobilizing and coordinating teams to meet objectives

Ensuring EHS Risk Assessments are thoroughly conducted
-
Controlling subcontractor activities concerning EHS
-
Having the authority to halt operations in case of immediate risks

Engineering Degree and Health & Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities.

Proven experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing or automobile sector for minimum 15+ years.

Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards

Familiarity with continuous improvement tools

A certification in environmental management (desirable)

Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
