Could you be the full-time Project/Product Test Engineer in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical and electronics engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll manage project and product tests in accordance with testing procedures and delivery schedules. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (T&C, Industrial, Industrial Quality, Suppliers Quality), ensure proper conduct and documentation of tests, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of consolidating test reports, implementing and deploying methods and tools such as APSYS, and regularly monitoring project KPIs. But also, you will manage interfaces and maintain excellent working relationships with various stakeholders to achieve testing KPIs.
We’ll look to you for:

Clear understanding and application of Acceptance Criteria

Participation in Hand Over processes from Manufacturing

Ensuring tests are carried out according to the Testing procedure and results are properly recorded

Ensuring the right tools are available for testing activities
-
Continuous improvement of operational activities to meet productivity targets

Well-documented consolidation of Test Reports

Effective dispute management with team members

Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Experience or understanding of the rolling stock industry

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics

Familiarity with complex troubleshooting techniques

A safety certification for working with high voltages (25KV)
-
Experience with metro rail and auxiliary/power converters used in IR
-
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team

Effective decision-making and communication skills
