Could you be the full-time Methods & Tools Industrial Quality Engineer in Madhepura we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and process-driven expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to ensuring product compliance and driving the continuous improvement of our quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, PME, Testing, Engineering), deploy quality standards in line with the Alstom System, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing and digitalizing Industrial Quality Standards, improving Industrial Quality Performance, and supporting the manufacturing team to achieve First Time Right.
We’ll look to you for:

Adherence to defined Quality standards/processes (control plan, Control Sheets)

Effective problem-solving and responsiveness
-
Managing Industrial Quality Methods & Tools activities
-
Improving detection through innovative digital tools
-
Overseeing activities related to the car history book (Traceability, configuration, etc.)
-
Conducting Workstation audits and building site-level Improvement Plans based on REX
-
Accountability for MMD (Monitoring & Measuring Device) & Material testing activities

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience or understanding of the assembly process in the automobile/railway industry

Knowledge of problem-solving tools and metrology activities

Familiarity with Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc.)

A certification in Quality Management would be advantageous
-
Proficiency in the English language
-
IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools and SAP
