Could you be the full-time Lead Process Engineer in Madhepura (Bihar) we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in defining and validating detailed manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Product Design Engineers, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Quality, and other domains like Process Engineers, Special Process Experts, and APSYS Leaders, to ensure seamless integration of processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of tasks such as preparing industrial documentation, defining industrial master data, and setting manufacturing method times, but also driving continuous improvement actions and industrializing product and process changes in the serial phase.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Gathering industrial requirements and collaborating with Engineering during product specification and design phases.

  • Actively participating in product design using co-engineering methodologies.

  • Designing the macro-process based on standard SMP and preparing for new technology introductions.

  • Developing and validating industrial documentation, including industrial data sheets and IMFU (Industrial Maturity Follow-Up).

  • Performing Process FMEAs and validating product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI.

  • Supporting production to achieve manufacturing QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.


All about you

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.)

  • 12-15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrialization, preferably in Rolling Stock, Railway Industry, Locomotive, Metro, or Train Manufacturing.

  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrialization deliverables, standards, lean manufacturing, automation, Capex management, and digitalization (Industry 4.0).

  • Experience working with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up.

  • Knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.

  • Familiarity with IS common tools.

  • Skills in Process FMEA, QRQC, and time analysis (e.g., MTM, MEK, UAS).

  • Strong communication, self-motivation, and team collaboration skills.

  • Logical, organized, and decisive with a spirit of “Team Trust Action.”
