PURPOSE OF THE JOB

They support Warehouse Manager for in terms of Inventory Management in Warehouse

 

ORGANISATION

APAC / E-Loco / Logistics

 

Reports directly to:

Warehouse Manager

 

Direct reports:

Logistics Operators

Material Planners / SQA / SPQD/ Project Manager / Project team / Engineering/Finance

External: Suppliers

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES 

Ensure safety standard.

Monitor and delegate assigned tasks by the Warehouse Manager.

Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction through excellence in Inventory accuracy, picking, kitting and line feeding of materials.

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.

Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy in SAP, Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

Communicate job expectations and coach employees

Determine staffing levels and assign workload

Interface with internal customers to answer questions or solve problems

Maintain items record, document necessary information, Maintain the indicators of the area up to date.

Main contact for SPC to provide visibility on materials availability for task sequence

Effective management of kitting trolleys

Candidate must have (SAP / GSI - WM ) skills and capable of managing Location / Bin to Bin conversions/WM master data/Generating TR/TO and confirming TO.

Order Execution in MES tool. COGI Clearance.

Secures the Materials at Mirror zone.

Provides missing part visibility to the logistics team in order to secure the production.

 

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements Describe the minimum educational requirement/level

Mandatory:

Graduated with relevant experience of more than 6 years in Warehouse

 

Desirable:

Working knowledge of SAP / GSI-WM

Working Knowledge of Warehouse Management

Experience Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role
